I read this book from cover to cover and it is worth every second. Habits like "Be proactive" and "Seek first to understand, then to be understood" are so foreign to lazy, entitled, self-focused twentysomething Americans that if you actually live them out...you'll probably do some really cool things in life. After learning the time management matrix, I made my own along with a list of Quadrant II (not urgent but important) high-leverage activities that over time will lead to quality results. Overall, lots of solid principles that stand the test of time.
