Personally I find Chuck Palahniuk’s books hard reading. I find that they're generally disjointed in their flow. That said however I really enjoyed this book and while it still suffers from Palahniuk's writing style it raises some great ideas and dark concepts. Unlike other readers on this website I found I enjoyed the book more than the movie.
