Hi there, my name is Matt and I study the science of attraction and the art of seduction. It has been a hobby of mine since first reading the book The Game: Penetrating the Secret Society of Pickup Artists by Neil Strauss. For some reason the who concept of attraction and seduction looked at as something that could be figured out in almost a scientific aspect really appealed to me. Since then, I've been reading everything on the topic that I can get my hands on. Oh and not to mention that it has really helped my dating life:)

In addition to all this, I've recently gotten into the field of online dating, most particularly the Plenty of Fish online dating site. I've been doing a lot of research on PlentyofFish, doing experiments like figuring the optimal number of pictures that a profile should display, how different types of social proof work in attracting online dates, etc. This has been going on now for a little over six months and have even been writing up my findings on a blog I created called: Plenty of Fish Dating Tips. I think there is some pretty interesting stuff there. It's not exactly literature, but if anyone is at all interested in the whole online dating thing I highly recommend you check it out.

Also, I am big fan of the great outdoors. I like hiking and camping. I've been outdoorsy kind of guy ever since I was a little kid, when I used to go exploring in the woods behind my house. I suppose that's why I enjoy reading books like: A Walk in the Woods, Vagabonding, and Casanova's History of My Life. There is an adventuresome spirit to me and enjoy reading about that kind of stuff. Eventually, I'd like to just quit everything and travel the world, going on adventures for a couple of years before settling down, which I can certainly wait for, after all, there are plenty of fish in the sea:)
