Dane is now at the fair with his father and his friends. There they see Prince Thidrek. He is confronted by Dane and Voldar. Then after that Prince Thidrek is then escorted by Voldar to proceed with the games. Voldar has given Dane the name " Dane the Defiant." Dane is upset at his father for chosing that name for him, but he decides to stay with it. Once Dane and his friends get setteled, Drott and Fulnir start hitting on girls. They both have different ways to find a girl. Fulnir went from girl to girl-to-girl talking them & asking the cutest ones if they would dance with him at the feast. Drott on the other hand did something completely different. He threw a rock or stone at a girl, and if she ran away crying she wasn't for but if she threw it back at him that was a girl worth knowing.

This book is really interesting so far. The main character is Dane. He lives with his parents on a small village known as Valhalla. His dads name is Voldar the Vile. His mothers name is Geldrun. His fathers is the leader of their village. He is also a viking. Dane has two friends named Drott the Dim and Fulnir the Stinking.They are both trying to help Dane find a name suitable for him. Dane also has a crush on a girl named Astrid.

Sam has taught Frightful how to catch prey. Now that she is a professional hunter, Sam has a better oppurtunity to catch more food for him and his bird. When in the springs he splashes Frightful with some water then she hears a siren of a police car and then everybody goes silent and then he too hears the siren. Sam tries to hurry back to the Home-Tree , after that , he finds a man sleeping by their home. Sam then helped the man to some food and let him stay in their home. He cooked the man and him a nice meal.

Sam is now teaching Frightful her commands and when to come to him. He is also in the woods cooking fish and trying to catch some frogs. When he was cooking his fish, he had to clean up rapidly because he heard shots ring out on the mountain side. Then he ran inside his tree then he heard another shot. After that he waited for the hunter to pass by then claim his "prize" (game).

When I first started reading this book it was a bit boring but then i decided to stay with it. Anyway this is a book about a boy that ran away from his apartment in New York City with his parents. The boys' name is Sam Gribley. He ran away with his bird Frightful. He only has a penknife, a ball of cord, forty dollars, and some flint and steel. Only with these materials will he learn how to survive in the wilderness of the Catskill Mountains besides the forty dollars.

Right now I am getting to understand the book better. Henry is back in the " Realm". Mr.Fogarty doesn't want to go back to "The Analogue World", he says he wants to stay there and die because he only has a few years until he dies. So henry is still trying to convince him though he refuses. So Henry is trying to find a way to make sure Mr.Fogartys' daughter won't find out because she might have a breakdown about her father's death.

So far I'm up to chapter eleven. The main character is Henry. Right now what's happening is that Henry is back in the Realm. The only thing is is that he doesn't want to go back is because Blue wants to marry him. But he goes back anyway because Nymph wanted Henry to convince Mr.Fogarty to back to the Analogue world. Now Henry has to try to get Mr.Fogarty to go back.

I like this book so far. The main character name is Marcus Yallow aka: wln5t0n. Marcus goes to Chavez High in San Fransisco's Mission district.He is seventeen and has a friend named Darryl.He's also seventeen.Darryl has a crush on Vanessa aka Van. Van goes to a private girl school in the East Bay.

This so far even though I've read 11 pages. So far I know Very little about certain people in this book. The main character's name is Steve Nugent. He doesn't have any friends and he has a crush on this girl named Silent Starla. There are certain kids who do the wierdest things in this book. There is this boy who named named Shannon Lynch who can stick money up his nose.

So far so good, i'm not telling anyone about this book. Anyway Vlad has begun to understand how to use his vampiric powers. Little by little he might be getting closer to understand how,why, and who caused his parents death. Right now he just wants to get on with his life and deal with his unexpected problems because some things aren't right just about now. I just hope that he doesn't have kill anyone trying to do it
