(F,3) I have connection with story.Yuki and her family go on a journey to visit some people in her family. Yuki took the train to go see her family.I remember when I took the car to go visit some people in my family they live in Ohio. I have some similarites one we both went to go visit family members. Second we both have a experience going to visit family. This book is not similar to other books I have read. This book does not bring to mind related issues.
(F8) I would get along with the characters in this book. One reason is because both Jim and Sal are adventurous. The characters in this book also like to explore places like me. In this book the both characters are solving a mystery. the mystery in this book is that some dead children are leaving out clues so that both Jim and Sal can follow the clues. If I was involved in the story the plot that would most interest me would be when for example Jim blacks out and stars to see things like when and how the children die. This would be an interesting experience for me.
(IT11)This piece affects the world because Earthquakes moves the ground 7 inches and 18 centimeters in place but takes in out the ground. Also because the earthquake is so powerful so it takes everything from its place. And destroyed the world. But the damages amount is a lot more money then you think it is.But at the end every thing is destroyed and damaged.
(F4) It surprised me when both Adam and his friend got kidnapped. The kidnapper did not leave trails of sent or foot steps. I was also surprised when I read that the girl Madison went to the place where the kidnapper lived, I read that there was this heavy thick smoke that made people feel light headed. This is a very interesting book to read.
(F8) I would get along with Henry because he loves chocolate immensely like I do. I would also get along with doctor Fargo because like me, he is calm under pressure. I would also get along with Henry because he is frightened when he goes to the hospital. I would also get along with Henry's parents because they let Henry eat chocolate all the time. There are many parts of the plot that interest me. But the part of the plot that will interest me the most is when all the doctors chase Henry. That part would interest me because I would love to see the confused look on the people who are watching the chasing.
(F3)This book is similar to the real world because a lot of adults and kids disappear.Such as when this character called Belle Prater disappears and the family is really scared. It does relate to me because one or two times my cousin disappeared and one time we had to call the cops. But then they found her with a boy and they found her at 3:00 am. But they have to be careful and think positive you never now what might happen.
(F2)This reminds me of drug attacks or home less people because they like to mess with people older than them. And in the story this man sleeps in a card box and fights with boys bigger and older than him .For the coins American tourists throw off the bridge between some place called El Paso. Also Texas and his own town.So a lot of people in New york does that to get people to look at him..
(F,7) The author point of view is happy and mad. The author does not shape the way the writer present the material to me. The author don’t use a type of language I can just tell by the pictures. Some of the pictures they look very stupid. And the author is trying to make the books very stupid and funny but the book his good.
(F8) well i can relate to the boy greg one thing is because he is good joker and funny but just like the title sayshe is wimpy so. I would like to see rowley because he really don't care what people are talking about him or thinking about him. Another person is who i really like and that's Manny because he disturbs people about little things.
(F3) This book reminds of the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series. This reminds me of the Percy Jackson series because both books are involving Greek mythology and demi- god. Also, both books involve Camp Half Blood a camp for the children of gods and goddesses. It doesn't have the same concept entirely but it is very similar because of the Greek myths that are involved.
(IT 6) The new information I learned changed my way of thinking about skeletons.Especially the part when they say a human has seven neck bones. All I can say is WOW! That really grabbed my attention.Did you know a giraffe has seven neck bones? They’re neck bones are longer. A baby starts out with 300 bones, a human has 206 bones. As the baby grows, some of these bones join together.
(NF 1,2 ) During the period of reading the omnivores dilemma i have discovered some very interesting facts such as how corn is almost everything we eat. To add on I learned that corn is turned into meat
When i go to the supermarket i look at the ingridients on the back cover and i see that corn is the most ingridients such as corn starch, corn oil,and corn flour
(IT 12.10)
Yes i did connect with the omnivores dilemma. It was personal because the book discusses about what we eat and what goes into our body. For example our body has a lot of corn because we use corn to make corn starch, corn oil, corn bread, chicken nuggets, corn flakes etc. yes this book is an issue in my community because we need to know what to eat and obesity rate is flying up the charts nowadays.
Yes the author weave fact and pinion into the text. For example he said that alot of corn is used to make products that we eat.To add on he said that corn pushes out all othe fruits and veggies. In addition he says that it was easy work for a farmer by just sitting and plowing though. He also said that corn was delicious

This writing makes me think of this movie i watched about the suffering and hatred that martin luther king jr. endured during the period of time when racism was very common.I remember one time when i was in first grade when these hispanic kids where calling me "colored".
I wonder why rosa parks was attacked by an african-american when she was trying to protect them. I am having trouble understanding why rosa parks was not included in NAACP meetings.I was surprised when schools where intergerated.
(NF 1,6)
kundi took a cow tail and decorated it with cowry shells and bits of shiny metal. The book had a picture of the decorated cow tail.I thought that the cow tail was beautiful because of the intricate designs and the colorful beads that was placed on it.
I think that the author chose to write about the cow tail because that was a cause in the story that will later on have an effect. The topic of the cow tail adds detail to the story such as why the sons were fighting about who should get the cow tail
(F 2)yes this book reminds me of something it reminds me of the boopk vladimir tod they are both about modern vampires who have to hide that they are half vampire half human. This book reminds of the charecter stark from burned and the charecter vladimir from vladimir tod eighth grade bites.
