Brian Zerangue Designing with Web Standards

This book was groundbreaking for me. As many people say, "this book changed the way I approached web design." That statement is true for me as well. It gave me a radically different way to approach how I was designing websites. Mr. Zeldman brings back common sense by focusing on a standard way of marking up your websites. If you want to know how to markup your code but you are still stuck in a tables layout mode, or "let Dreamweaver or FrontPage do the coding," this book is a must read.

Brian Zerangue Transcending CSS

This is probably one of the best CSS books out there. Andy Clarke really challenges you to think outside of the box and break bad habits about how you approach your code. He gets you to think "content out." It's amazing!
