To me didn't have as much impact as the original, bit of clarifying. Not sure I totally agree with all of the stuff. For example still think that by their releasing ruby on rails as open source, was so significant that it made some of their dynamics of business a bit different due to the loyalty that generated. And thus perhaps some of their advice isn't as applicable to others in different situations. I personally am still of the school that believes if you have an excellent team full of motivated and excellent people you can make a lot more mistakes and still be successful so long as you can change your methods as quickly as required.
