Odd that I couldn't bother finishing a 64 page book but there just wasn't anything interesting about it. A disappointment because I liked His Dark Materials.

Cathy Keyes Lyra's Oxford

Was disappointed with this book. I was on a bit of a roll after the trilogy and was looking forward to another insight into the lives of the characters, and felt that nothing very much happened here. A beautifully presented book, but more a piece of memorabilia than anything else.

Martin Geber Lyra's Oxford

This book is more like a prologue than a book. It describes Lyra's life two years after Will and she separated. It was a nice read, but it wasn't able to tie in with Pullman's previous books on Lyra.

The included material, like a postcard or an Oxford Map, is detailed and obviously was created very fondly.

Ok, yeah, I even read the super-fan supplement to His Dark Materials. I was going through withdrawal after finishing the trilogy.
