JIm Butcher is easily one of my favorite authors now. It is rare that I actually finish a book this quickly but I could not put it down.
This one was pretty fun, and, on another note, the first full book I've read digitally (on an iPad via the Kindle app) and it was a very nice experience.
ANYway, about the book: there is nothing too unique or inventive here, it's essentially an urban fantasy with a bit of a Philip Marlow edge to it. It's fairly well written and very well paced. I tore through it and enjoyed the ride. For what it is it's very well done.
