Brett Bukowski Emotional Design

While the first half of the book contains some of Norman's best, most interesting material--detailing his thoughts about design that appeals to our visceral, behavioral, and reflective levels of emotion--the later portion dilutes into half-baked theories of how robots should behave...(?) Overall, an inconsistent read that lacks the simple coherence of "Design of Everyday Things."
