The 10 Greatest Movies from Books

(IT 1, 10) The central idea of this book is to inform people about some of the top ten movies that originally came from books and turned out successful. Yes, the author does try to persuade. For example, the author tries to convince us at certain times to like the books and movie's even though we maybe didn't read the book or watched the movie. I can connect to this book because I saw the movie Jaws and I watched Shrek also I watched Harry Potter the series. Also, I read the book the Outsiders.

For example : fro the movie The Princess Bride ' To do the sword-fighting scenes, the actors practiced for hours on end and learned to fence with both their right and left hands." and more. I can tell the information is valid because in movies it takes alot of time to prep and perform action scenes. Yes, there were graphs and charts that were important. For example "More than 12 million copies of The Outsiders have been sold." and "... Despite its low budget, Crouching Tiger grossed $128 million in U.S box offices alone!" this is important because it shows how well it did.
