I must admit that the book has a very slow pace. I have a hard time believing real characters speak to each other for ten minutes without interrupting or showing emotions. I find myself skimming pages to get ahead in the "plot". Reminds me of why I didn't like the last couple of books in the series, but hey, got to finish it.
