Keith added House of Mystery Vol. 3 to his library.
Not much like I remember it from when I was a teenager reading The Eye of The World. I think Jordan's writing slipped a bit in this one and, frankly, he could stand some heavy handed editing. Some chapters are ok, but others are just awful. Still, I'm going to slog through it.
Also, his handling of human sexuality is a total joke.

A very promising introduction to what looks to be an interesting series. It's hardly complete though, meaning this volume doesn't close of the first story arc of the series and it really does kind of leave you hanging.

I've tried beginning this series a few times and always failed. This time I decided to just start where I last left off and not try and re-read anything. So it's all new from here on out. Going well so far, it took me a bit to get back up to speed, but luckily this series is so popular that there are loads of online resources I can refer to when I get lost.
Keith added Winter's Heart to his library.
Picking this back up, it's slow going with all the exercises. Really enjoying the overview of Magic The Gathering from Richard Garfield.

Keith added Unwritten Vol. 1 to his library.
There is a good story in here. The problem is that it's buried in overly-detailed prose and uninteresting sidetracks. The writing isn't bad, just a bit flowery. Not really my thing. In general I liked this book, and really liked a few bits, but it was just too long and filled with fluff.
