A really interest subject choice: interview a lot of people who work behind and in front of the scenes at the NY Metropolitan Museum of Art. Generally interesting, but the interviews were too shot and didn't focus enough on the Museum work. If the chapters/interviews had been longer, the interviewee's background would have been nice for context. As it was, it felt like too much and that kind of spoiled the book for me.

All in all, though, a reasonable quick read if you're interested in museum or art gallery workings and don't want to think too hard.
