If you're in the market for more, might I suggest Moore's V for Vendetta. It's quite different in book form, and a fantastic read. Also, in other genres, Powers, Invincible and Y: The Last Man.
Watchmen is pretty epic, but I agree witht he above comment, get Akira, all 6 volumes. Everytime I dip into one to read a small bti I end up consuming the whole damn thing. Nothing else quite like it.
This is the first comic book I read, and must say I'm really enjoying it.
