Great read. Lots of interesting techniques that may seem "backwards" or counter-intuitive at first, but really once you think about it, it makes a lot of sense.

Recommended for anyone who negotiates semi-frequently.

I have learned so much about the way we communicate from this book! I was a little unsure about it as I got started, but once I got through the first couple of chapters I found myself addicted to this new explanation of conversation and what's really going on.

I recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn to communicate better.
