What I found most surprising about this book was the Dave admits he "overgrew" NetApps and it was painful to have to cut half the staff just after the .com bubble, but given the choice he would probably do the same thing again. Not convinced it's ever a good idea for an organization to have a "director of doubling"

Excellent book. Great insights into a possible architecture of the brain.
