this book is so romantic and scary at the same time because a girl named romiette and a boy named julio fall in love and a gang goes against it because one it hispanic and the other is black and so when this to couple fall in love they are being forsted to leave each other which they wont do so one day the gang kid naps the and take them to the ocean while in the rain and lightning and so in order to survive they had to stick together and fid land so thats what they doe. but then romiette drownd in the water because she dont know how to swim and so julio saves her because he feel dipe inlove with her and after all the damage happens they end up loving each other and together
